History of Company

Corporate Air Center was originally founded by Tim Lewis and his partner/wife Ronaye Kos in 1994 as Gulfstream Management Group, with Tim Lewis managing and flying a light twin engine aircraft. In 1996 the name was changed to Corporate Air Center LLC.

In 1999 Corporate Air Center LLC located itself in the current facility, that was a specific built 13,000 square foot maintenance hanger and 6000 square feet of Administrative Offices and Passenger Facility. Since that time an additional 11,000 square feet of hanger space has been purchased due to growth in the market.

Originally an Avfuel fuel dealer, Corporate Air Center in 2011 partnered with Ascent Petroleum and Phillips 66 to offer their products for Corporate Air Center’s customers and clients. The staff has grown to in excess of 16 full-time, part-time and contract people. Corporate Air Center provides a Full Service FBO, Maintenance Facility to service aircraft and helicopters from light aircraft to jets.

In addition Corporate Air Center provides Aircraft Management, Pilot Services, Aircraft Storage and a FAA Certified Avionics Shop to provide all the needs of it’s current customer base and future customers.

Corporate Air Center has always endeavored to give back to the community.  To that end, Corporate Air Center has offered their facilities for the past 12 years for Hospice of the Northwest to hold their gala fundraising event. This year the event will be held on October 13, 2012. To-date over $1,700,000.00 dollars has been raised.  In addition Corporate Air Center participates in events with the Port of Skagit, Skagit Airport Association, Habitat for Humanity, Skagit Humane Society, and the N.O.A.H Foundation.
