Corporate Air Center is pleased to announce 51,000 sq/ft of world class hangar space will soon be available at KBVS – located within 20 minutes from most airports in the Seattle area.
As available hangar space decreases and rent escalates in the greater Seattle area, it is a challenge to locate an economical base for corporate aircraft.
CAC is developing 31,000 sq/ft of hangar space with a door opening of 156′ by 28′. This facility will accommodate a wide range of corporate aircraft.
Additionally, two more hangars, at 10,000 sq/ft each, will be available for exclusive lease, with a door opening of 96′ by 28′.
The facilities at Skagit Regional Airport are the ideal location from which to relocate and base corporate aircraft. On-site are a full-service FBO, maintenance department, FAA certified avionics department, pilot services, and an available flight department.
Office space will also be available at these new facilities.
