Current Openings:

We are seeking a skilled Avionics Technician to lead and execute avionics installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of technical expertise, demonstrate leadership in project execution, and ensure compliance with FAA standards and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead avionics installation, inspection, and troubleshooting on piston singles, twin-engine aircraft, and small business-class jets (e.g., Gulfstream G150, Learjet 45, Citation CJ2, King Air B300, Bell 407).
  • Perform wiring harness fabrication, system integration, and upgrades for communication, navigation, and radar systems.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
  • Conduct operational tests to ensure reliability and functionality of avionics systems.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment and ensure proper tool usage.
  • Utilize Total FBO and Traxxall for maintenance tracking and logbook entries.
  • Perform sheet metal modifications related to avionics installations.
  • Conduct inspections including RVSM certifications, 91.411/91.413 pitot-static checks, and ELT checks.
  • Mentor junior technicians and uphold best practices in avionics operations.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive avionics experience (business aviation or military background preferred).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting, installation, and integration of avionics systems.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and experience working in a Part 145 repair station.
  • Ability to read and apply wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Appropriate personal tool set required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug test.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined or elevated spaces as needed.

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to join our dynamic maintenance team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in piston singles, light twins, and light to medium jets. An Inspection Authorization (IA) rating is preferred but not required.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspections, maintenance, modifications, alterations, and servicing of aircraft and components in accordance with FAA and manufacturer standards.
  • Maintain a high level of workmanship, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
  • Adhere to all company policies and FAA regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Current and valid A&P license.
  • Prior experience with single and twin-engine aircraft and light helicopters.
  • IA certification preferred but not required.
  • Must own a complete set of tools appropriate for the position.
  • Proficient in computer use for work order management and communication.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
